At the heart of our club is a commitment to fostering a positive atmosphere where young athletes can thrive. To achieve this, we have established a series of guidelines and policies that everyone involved in our club should be familiar with. These documents are designed to maintain the integrity of our games, support respectful interactions, and promote a sense of community within our club.
Our Refund Policy

Refund of player registration fees will be assessed on a case-by-case basis with the club committee. Refunds will only be considered prior to the commencement of the upcoming season.

Refund requests must be in made in writing to the club treasurer

Any refund request decision must be considered through the club committee meetings and noted on the committee minutes.

All refund requests will be responded to in writing within 4 weeks of receiving that request.

Season team refunds will only be considered if there is no cost associated to the Langwarrin Wildcats Basketball club.

Season team refunds will only be refunded in the following circumstance
- Team has had a forfeit due to COVID or ill health
- Team has had an abandoned game due circumstances beyond their control e.g FDBA cancel game to due player safety. -
Team refunds will be capped at 2 games per season.
